Please don’t send me business plans or try and pitch your business in the first contact – that is for later. Right now, I need to know quickly how you think I might be able to help you.

If you call me on my mobile and I don’t recognise the number, I tend to let my voice-to-text system handle it, so your (hopefully short) transcribed message with arrive swiftly as both an e-mail and a text.
